2) Seeking HOA board members
The Board is looking for community members to become involved in the governing of the HOA.
The Notice of Election was sent out with the annual dues billing. There are several (four) unfilled positions on the HOA Board of Directors and we have not received any nominations to fill these seats. Elections are required for board membership.
Your involvement and voice are welcomed to insure that your ownership and enjoyment of common areas are properly cared for and protected from Wildfire and other natural disasters.
We encourage you to consider stepping up to leadership and help make Saddlewood an even better place to live.

THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS BEEN SERVING FOR THE PAST F I V E YEARS !
WE NEED NEW PEOPLE ON THE BOARD -
AS OF THIS DATE AND TIME - NOT ONE RESIDENT HAS EXPRESSED INTEREST IN SERVING ON THE HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
3) HOA FEES
The mailing of HOA fee invoices for CY 2024 has occurred. At this time we have received approximately 50% of the dues. These fees are due in December 2023.
Finally - all documents on this website for CY 2023 and earlier will be archived by mid-January. If anyone wants copies of documents currently on this website - make your downloads NOW.
The board of directors continues to receive inquiries from Real Estate agents regarding the allowance of farm animals within our subdivision. The prohibition of farm animals is clearly indicated on the website in the real estate section.
