HOA Meetings

Minutes from the annual meeting and the 05 Sept 2024 meeting are posted in the documents section.

Facebook and Nextdoor presences for this HOA are under construction.

When these social media accounts are ready for use, the HOA will need email addresses and user ID's for property owners who desire access to our site pages.  MORE TO COME- Watch this space

THE BIG NEWS ITEM ! : The collection of calendar year 2025 HOA fees have been intentionally pushed back to January 2025. Invoices will be mailed to property owners before the end of the year. Due date for these HOA fees will be before March 2025. 

There are NO plans/intent  to increase HOA fees or require any special assessment at this time.

This website will be upgraded soon to remove inactive features.

Finally - all documents on this website for CY 2023 and earlier ARE  NOW archived.  

The board of directors continues to receive inquiries from Real Estate agents regarding the allowance of farm animals within our subdivision. The prohibition of farm animals is clearly indicated on the website in the real estate section.
