HOA Elections
The yearly HOA elections are complete with new board of director assignments.
HOA FEES !
As of 15 May 2025 All HOA fees for CY 2025 have been received.
CY 2026 Fees will be invoiced again in January 2026
Fire Mitigation
Grant Money has been made available through the Fire Department. Watch this space for details - but the big item is that property owners can be eligible for a 50 % reimbursement for fire mitigation costs. The HOA has NOT received funds related to this issue.
Details are being developed by the Colorado Forest Service

The board of directors continues to receive inquiries from Real Estate agents regarding the allowance of farm animals within our subdivision. The prohibition of farm animals is clearly indicated on the website in the real estate section.
