HOA Elections

The yearly HOA elections are complete with new board of director assignments.

HOA FEES !

As of 04 April 2025, there are 10 property owners that have not paid their yearly HOA dues. Please pay your dues ! We now need to spend HOA funds to send additional invoices to these 10 residents. Recall that COGNITION was required of you when you purchased the property in this neighborhood. Have a nice day !

Fire Mitigation

Grant Money has been received through the Fire Department. Watch this space for details - but the big item is that property owners can be eligible for a 50 % reimbursement for fire mitigation costs. Details are being developed - WATCH THIS SPACE ...... (04 April 2025)

Fire Event

In February there was a house fire in our neighborhood. All the residents are safe.

This event should be motivation to all of us to review fire evacuation plans for home fires and wider scope forest fires. It should also motivate property owners to inspect their property in terms of fire mitigation actions that can be taken. Information on this topic has been posted at the mailbox kiosk for over one year. Please review this information.
