HOA Meetings

The next open HOA board of directors meeting will be on Wednesday 18 December 2024 at the Elizabeth Library at 6 pm. 

 651 Beverly St, Elizabeth, CO 80107  .

Open to all property owners. 

Minutes from the annual meeting and the 05 Sept 2024 meeting are posted in the documents section.

THE BIG NEWS ITEM !  : The collection of calendar year 2025 HOA fees have been intentionally pushed back to January 2025. Invoices will be mailed to property owners before the end of the year. Due date for these HOA fees will be before March 2025. 

There are NO plans/intent  to increase HOA fees or require any special assessment at this time.

This website will be upgraded soon to remove inactive features.

Finally - all documents on this website for CY 2023 and earlier ARE  NOW archived.   All documents for CY 2024 will be archived in early 2025. 

The board of directors continues to receive inquiries from Real Estate agents regarding the allowance of farm animals within our subdivision. The prohibition of farm animals is clearly indicated on the website in the real estate section.
