Saddlewood has an Annual Assessment Fee of $100 as of 26 March 2022.
NEW : The invoices for CY 2025
are not to be made until January 2025. Payments will be due by March 2025. There will NOT be any changes in the fee amount.
Saddlewood does have mail delivery at a community mailbox.
