There is a status transfer fee due at sales closing in the amount of $200.00, please contact the Board of Directors for detailed information.
For property owners needing a status letter for anything other than property sales, a fee of $50.00 will be charged.
Saddlewood has an Annual Assessment Fee of $100
The invoices for CY 2026
have been mailed and are due by March 2026.
Saddlewood does have mail delivery at a community mailbox.

Saddlewood does NOT allow Horses, Chickens or farm animals, please refer to the covenants for more information.
