Yes, there is a status transfer fee due at sales closing in the amount of $200.00, please contact the Board of Directors for detailed information. Updated 14 April 2021. For property owners needing a status letter for other than sales, a fee of $50.00 was instantiated in Nov 2025.
Saddlewood has an Annual Assessment Fee of $100 as of 26 March 2022.
NEW : The invoices for CY 2026
have been mailed and are due by March 2026.
Saddlewood does have mail delivery at a community mailbox.
